GRAPHIC DESIGNER
THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graphic designer with a keen interest in interiors and with experience working across a broad spectrum of design, to join a thriving furniture company.
LOCATION
The role will be based mostly in our showrooms in Emo, Co. Laois. There may be some travel to other retail locations / photoshoots etc.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing design work (digital and physical marketing collateral).
- Stationary Design.
- Signage & POS.
- Illustration.
- Social Media Content.
- Website presentation and maintenance (cut outs/banners/CMS uploading).
- Moodboards and CAD work.
- Liasing with wider team for graphic design requirements.
- Photography requirements.
- Gatekeeper to visual assets to ensure “look” and best-in-practice presentation.
SKILLS
- Strong experience and understanding of graphic design for a retail industry.
- Full Competency in the Adobe suite/ Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Interiors software knowledge an advantage.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
- Ability to take direction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A Strong Graphic Design portfolio.
- Fluency in English.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate must have 3 years working experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or furniture sector or in a multi-disciplinary environment. Additionally, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher Level Certification in Graphic Design.
MARKETING & CONTENT EXECUTIVE
THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented Marketing & Content Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving our marketing and content creation activities. This includes creating compelling content and developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will be creative and innovative in turning factual information into engaging multi-media content that will be distributed across a variety of channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and printed materials.

The role will be based mostly in our showrooms in Emo, Co. Laois. There may be some travel to other retail locations, partners, and supplier locations.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the company’s marketing and communications strategy.
- Responsible for the management of content for the company’s digital assets ensuring all information is presented accurately.
- Coordinate the creation of suitably engaging content (video, photography, blog articles and graphicly designed assets) for use across all advertising, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral and organic social media activity.
- Assist with the execution and optimization of all paid advertising (online and offline) and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns including designing templates, writing copy, selecting images and optimizing overall performance.
- Ensure social media activity coincides with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Work with contractors, suppliers and freelancers as authorised to support the role.
SKILLS
- Strong experience and understanding of retail marketing.
- The ability to draft and evaluate effective advertising and marketing messages.
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with proven ability to create effective content for offline and online channels.
- Experience with video production, photography, and graphic design, with the ability to create visuals and graphics for various platforms.
- Experience with website management (WordPress) and familiarity with optimization techniques, including SEO and UX best practices.
- Management of social media channels, and the ability to effectively analyse social media and digital data.
- Well-versed in using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and UTMs.
- Fluency in English.

The successful candidate must have 5 years working experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the retail or furniture sector or in a multi-disciplinary environment. Additionally, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
