The Story of Marco…
Italian in style, Italian by design! It’s nearly 30 years since design duo Marco and his wife Luigia Panfili left the rolling hills of Italy for the rugged beauty of Ireland’s West Coast. An established design powerhouse, they run Panfili Interiors, a thriving furniture and design business near Galway. It is there they created the vision for our new sofa, The Marco, encapsulating the essence of modern living.
Marco envisioned a piece that married clean lines with a minimalistic aesthetic, yet offered a depth of comfort that went beyond the surface. Working with Finline designers, Marco sketched and conceptualised, his commitment to perfection driving him to refine every detail. The lines on paper gradually transformed into the “Marco” sofa which achieves the perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication. Every order is handmade in our County Laois factory.
