Leadtime & Delivery

When ordering your furniture our sales staff will inform you of the exact lead times. These may vary during the year depending on levels of business or the availability of fabric and raw materials from our suppliers.

Please contact us should you require any further information on our lead times.

Delivery – We deliver to every corner of Ireland and beyond

Once your sofa has been made, our quality control team will inspect it and sign it off ready for delivery. We outsource our deliveries to two experienced courier companies. We have worked closely with both companies for many years and guarantee they both provide an excellent and efficient service. We deliver Nationwide, and delivery charges range between €140 and €150 depending on location.

The courier company will deliver your furniture at a time that is convenient for you. Every piece of furniture is placed in the room of your choice and packaging taken away to be recycled.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility should any damage occur in a home during delivery. Preparation is key, a clear access through your home in advance to your sofas arrival will protect your home and your belongings. We ask that you supervise the delivery to your satisfaction. Please have your old sofas removed from the room prior to the delivery of your new sofas.

All furniture must be paid in full prior to delivery.

If you are worried that there might be an issue with a piece fitting into a room or through a narrow door or hallway, you can send in photos and measurements of the space. Other options like amending the shape of the frame or making detachable legs can also be an option. Please read through our Access & Delivery information below.

Access & Delivery

Now that you have chosen the style, comfort and size of furniture that works for you, the next step is production and delivery. We aim to make your furniture within the time frame stated on your order. Given the size of some furniture, you will need to ensure the item fits through your door and around obstacles in your space. For deliveries, we use a third-party company who are experienced in home furniture transport. The carrier company makes every effort to place your pieces in your specific room, however we cannot accept liability for occurrences that might take place on site. Please ensure there is adequate access to install the furniture, and that the sofa size will fit in its designated space, through doorways and halls.

Questions to consider before delivery:

Is there room to manoeuvre sofas through hallways and access areas?

Is your suite wider or longer than 2m (a standard doorway) or is there a small doorway?

Are there fixed obstacles in the way, like light fittings, radiators, cabinets or a porch?

Is the furniture going up stairs or around tight corners?

Is your driveway big enough for a bin lorry? This is generally the size of the delivery truck.

Do doors open fully? Can they be taken off in advance of delivery?

A) If stood upright, will the sofa go through a doorway? Most doors are two metres high.

B) Is there space for the sofa to be manouvered in the hallway if turning left or right? Doors directly infront of a stairway can cause issues.

C) Is there enough space for the sofa to be manouvered on the staircase?

If you feel there may be an issue, get in touch:

Send us a video of the journey the sofa will take from the front door to its destination and back. Provide us with door frame width and height as well as hallway width and ceiling heights. The earlier your sales assistant has these details the better. We will make recommendations or suggestions to prevent issues on delivery. Once delivery is received, please remember to turn your seat and back cushions frequently and care for it, as per our care guide.
