We will arrange a suitable time for the collection* of your sofas/chairs.
Step 5:
Your newly reupholstered sofas/chairs will be returned to you by our carrier *.
Our sales staff will inform you of the exact lead times. Lead times can vary during the year depending on levels of business and the availability of fabric from our suppliers. On average you will be without your sofa for approximately 2-3 weeks.
*At the customer’s expense
IMPORTANT
We also provide a reupholstery service for furniture which has not been handcrafted by Finline. Please send in an image of your furniture and we will let you know if it is possible to reupholster it.
Re-upholster/ Recovery Service
Step 1:
To start the process, check under the seat cushion and get your six-digit order number from the tag. Email this order number along with photos of your sofa to our production team at info@finlinefurniture.ie or complete the form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2:
A member of our team will then contact you to discuss suitable fabric types, costs, and timeframes.
Step 3:
Pop into one of our four showrooms in Laois, Cork, Dublin or Galway to select a fabric with the help from our team of experts. You will receive a more specific cost based on your chosen fabric.
