Fiona and the team in their Longmile Road branch could not be more helpful. From the first time we stepped into the store up to the delivery of our lovely new sofa, the service and communication was amazing. What I really liked about our experience with Fiona was that she listened to what we wanted, the space we have and guided us based on this, not necessarily recommending items that were the most expensive but the items and materials she felt would suit our needs the best. The selection and ordering process was simple, their show room gave us a good feel of the different ranges they have available and the customization and style options were plentiful. We ended up going for a large corner unit to fill out space and are absolutely delighted with it. The delivery team were super friendly and helpful, giving me a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They installed the couches in no time and took away all the packaging. The couches themselves are really well made, sturdy, solid and super comfortable. The addition of matching cushions that were delivered was a nice touch and surprise. If you're looking for a quality, handmade in Ireland couch. Strongly consider going with the team at finline. They are brilliant!
